Peruvian Connection does not provide personal information about any of our consumers to other companies for monetary compensation, but California law defines the term “sale” in such a broad way that the term may cover the sharing of your name and postal mailing address with third parties to provide you with offers that may be of interest to you, or our provision of certain information, such as website usage data, to third-party service providers engaged to personalize your experience with us and/or to help us market or advertise our products to you. If you would like to opt-out of Peruvian Connection’s use of your personal information for any purposes that would be considered a "sale" under California law, you may do so by emailing privacy@peruvianconnection.com. You may also opt-out of the sale of your personal information by calling us at 1-800-255-6429.

 

Required Authorized Agent Documentation: If you are an Authorized Agent, you also must provide a valid power of attorney or other documentation signed by the California resident you purport to represent that authorizes you to submit this request on behalf of such California resident. You should submit that documentation via email to privacy@peruvianconnection.com.

By doing this, you are confirming you are exercising your right under California law to ask Peruvian Connection not to sell your personal information (as the term "sell" is defined under the CCPA). Please note that your request will apply to future sales of your personal information, and will not impact sales made prior to your request.
