Rated 2 out of 5 by from So disappointing Gorgeous style and feel but very poor quality checks - I've had two and both have had holes appear in the first three or four days. Sadly I've called it a day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am NEVER taking this off! I was looking for a dressing gown with a difference and this is certainly it. Fabulous quality, I'll be wearing it for years. Warm, soft and cosy as a dressing gown but also smart enough to wear as a house coat or long cardigan. Bet you could get away with wearing it outside, certainly fine to wear in the car. Good, generous size. I'm an 'L' but I bought an 'XL' so that it will go over thick jumpers as I live in a draughty, old house!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfectly wonderful I purchased this robe in charcoal last fall and it's my most prized in quality, comfort, and style. It warrants the smug feeling I have when wearing it. I love purchasing from Peruvian Connection when I feel I can afford it as it's always extremely well made. I wear small in most things but sizing chart here requires medium..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've already recommended this to my sister. It's just wonderful. Long, soft, comfortable, WARM. It really is the best bathrobe ever; yesterday I sent my sister a link to your website and recommended it to her. Luxurious!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good not great I decided to keep this robe after some doubts...& may grow to love it more. Honestly it isn't as soft as I expected (need to wear something under it for maximum comfort). But it is warm and pleasant and easy to wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous I am so pleased with the alpaca dresses that I bought last year that I bought this robe as a touch of elegant luxury, warm and cosy comfort at the end of a long winters day. I see now that it has arrived that this item could also be worn as a long cardigan or light coat with slacks and a sweater or blouse or a long dress it is so versatile, I love it, thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Robe takes the lead as #1 This is warm and cozy and has definitely replaced other robes as number one; my very favorite robe. I look forward to the end of the day and the weekend when I can live in it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dressing gown Beautiful dressing gown. Warm and soft. I was very happy to get it in the sales but unfortunately had to go back. As I am only 5'4" it was touching the floor. If it was a couple of inches shorter would have been perfect.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from too loose a knit disappointed, not what I expected, loose knit which gave a bulky, rough feel to robe, also not as warm as a tighter weave - just not the look & feel I was looking for, sent it back

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again I wished for a warm and practical dressing gown and my husband bought this one for me, it is a heavy knit and cosy but it is also long, with a belt and therefore attractive and elegant so that I do not feel self-conscious if the postman arrives and I am still wearing it!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Bathrobe I received this yesterday, and it is better than I expected. Thick, warm, well made! Worth the money for certain!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm and serviceable, but not glamorous This robe is more like a sweater coat. The front panels and sleeves seem to be double knit, while the back panel is more of a single knit, making the back much lighter than the front and sleeves. The charcoal yarn is oddly flecked with off white which is not particularly attractive. I was disappointed in the overall look of the fiber and I feel the robe is somewhat overpriced for the quality and a bit 'clunky' in weight. But it is warm and will serve the purpose. I hoped for a touch of luxury, but got 'serviceable'.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Best Christmas Present I asked my husband to buy me this robe for Christmas. He hates shopping for me, so he was happy for the suggestion. I love the robe. Its so warm and cozy on a cold morning while I have my coffee and read the newspaper, sitting in my favorite wingback chair. Could life get better? I think not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cozy elegant robe! This is a new favorite to wear on cold mornings while enjoying a cup hot tea and the newspaper. Loved it so much I just bought one for each of my two daughters for Christmas gifts. It runs a bit generous in size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost too good or lounging at home. I rarely wear dressing gowns; I dress immediately in the mornings and undress for bed when I go to bed, but this garment will change all that. It is flattering to the figure and doesn't make you look like a bundle of towelling.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not quite the usual quality I ordered this expecting to be overwhelmed with luxurious softness to lounge around in, & was disappointed.. Unusual, as PC fabrics generally have that effect. It just wasn't quite up to the same level of quality.. So I returned it..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cozy & Comfortable Just what I needed for the upcoming winter, cozy, comfortable wool/alpaca dressing gown, nice enough to curl up in in front of the fire in the evening and the TV. I don't know about washing it, I might have it drycleaned because of the weight of wool/alpaca when wet. I normally handwash wool products. And really I am a combination of smart/trendy and casula dresser, as I live in the country.
