Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best dress ever This dress is sold out and I can imagine why___it is so beautiful and comfortable. I love the neck line, not to low or high, the sleeves are nice and long and close-fitting, and the skirt length is just right for me. The print is very attractive but the colors make it hard to blue and ecru are about all that work. Maybe charcoal, but black is too black and the lighter color is hard to pin down. I think I bought the last one! Lucky me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flowy, feminine drape and ever so comfortable This dress is an unexpected delight. Tough to buy online without feeling the fabric and seeing the blend of colors. Is gorgeous. Have had so many compliments. Love it. Encourage you to buy while still available. Feels so good that it is like slipping on PJs and strolling out, looking fab. Bought an XS, am 5'2", 98 lbs strong. Drape is very flattering.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely dress I have just received this, and am so pleased with it. The fabric is a good weight so the dress hangs well, and is comfortable and cool to wear. The neck-line is higher than I expected it to be from the photograph - for me that is a plus! The colour is creamier than it looks in the pictures, and the grey is bluer - a lovely combination. Altogether I am delighted with this dress.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant and Comfortable What's so nice about this dress is it is elegant and comfortable too. I hate being trussed up in smart clothes but need to dress well at times. This is a lovely smart comfortable dress - it is well made and easy to wear - it washes well too. It can also be dressed up or down very easily which makes it versatile.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty, but doesn't quite work This is a lovely fabric in a dress that doesn't quite know what it wants to be. The high/low hemline calls out for boots, but the fabric is a fairly lightweight knit, so it's unlikely I'd wear boots in warmer temperatures. The skirt is full, but not quite full enough . I have several very similar dresses from a designer who made them her signature style, and her sweepier skirts have the same feeling with more impact. As another reviewer said, the neckline is also higher than pictured, so the dress looks more ordinary in person. I consider this a PC quality issue -- while hand knits may vary, there's no excuse for cut-&-sew styles not being as depicted. Sadly, it's going back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely flowing style! This dress has lovely flowing line, more suitable for an evening occasion. The limestone colour is much lighter than the photo so overall appearance is much creamier. Great value in the sale! I am a size 10 and xs is a good fit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable Beauty This dress has princess seams, which does indeed make for a shapely dress (and is likely to hold its shape). The fit is true-to-size, but fitted. The XS size measures 32 1/2" in the bust, 27" in the waist, and starts flaring just below the hip bone (or a little lower on a long torso). The XS shoulder width is 14". If you order according to your chest girth it will be quite fitted, but not breast-squashing--the princess seams help here. The neckline seems higher than the model picture. It's not a crew neck, but it is a higher scoop neck than pictured; don't expect to it to sit more than an inch below your collarbone. I'll wear any neckline that doesn't strangle or expose me, but those who care, be aware. The sleeves are finished with a narrow, raw-edged, serged hem. I sometimes want to fold back the cuff, rather than push up the sleeves, so I do wish Peruvian Connection would use a wider and/or double-folded hem. (The back face of this knit, by the way, is the beautiful pewter grey of the print, rather than undyed white). The hem dips only slightly in back, which is good--I don't see the aesthetic appeal of uneven hemlines. Overall, it's a very flattering shape and fit, and a nice print. Why does this cut-and sew dress cost almost as much (at full price) as the full-fashioned knit-to-shape dresses? This much flare on a one-way print does use a lot of fabric, and princess seams are more work to sew, but it's still puzzling. On sale, it's a good deal.
