Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unique Design I have an older version of this style. The design is different and the fit is just right! When you put something on and it feels good, you have sure thing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this dress This dress style works well with my body type. I carry my weight through my middle but I am a triple D so the flair skirt is perfect. I actually ordered two by mistake and glad I did, I kept both. However I disagree with one valuation the pleats are navy and not easily mistaken for black. They look great and fit perfect. Love the fabric and have been buying from PC for years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous I’m very happy with this dress. It is very well made and looks great on! I saw it last fall and knew I had to get it. Life got in the way and when I saw it on sale, it was the one. Great style.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable and elegant I am very grateful for the previous review which gave a very good overview of this dress. I ordered a medium, however although it fitted on the waist and looked lovely I felt it was a little too tight on the boobs for me (I am a 16 up top but only a 12/14 on the waist.) I ordered the large and another medium (in case the weave was more generous, alas, the second medium was tighter than the first.) I have kept the large and taken on board the suggestion from the previous reviewer to team it with a belt - looking forward to finding an event to wear it to now - roll on coming out of lockdown.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flattering dress, high quality The Otero dress is a great looking 3 season dress. Provides accentuation to the waist, but isn't tight; has plenty of give. You could cinch it with a belt (suddenly I hear my Mom saying yeah that's ok, but it could use a belt). I'd say it runs slightly large, but not a whole size. More true to size. The navy blue in the skirt flare is very dark and could pass for black. The seams and hem are very well done, no hanging threads. You could dress this up or down easily with sweaters or jackets, other accessories. Glad I bought it.
