Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing I ordered this skirt in July, and didn't receive it until late November, and after such a long wait, I am disappointed. The skirt photographs well, but is not so attractive in reality. The colours are duller (there is much more beige than I expected), and the weave is loose. I have sent it back (thank heaven PC makes returns easy).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All's well that ends well This skirt is absolutely beautiful from the vibrant colors to the angles of the hem. Unfortunately I am only 5'1 and it was a bit long. I had to return it, but ordered the Nightbird dress and it is just perfect. I wish that Peruvian Connection would consider making petite lengths

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed! I have quite a few P.C. skirts and the knits are wonderful - until this one. Loosely knit and irregular - the edges are finished poorly and doesn't compare at all with previous skirts I have gotten. I surely hope this is not a hint of things to come!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty and Delicate The previous reviewer did a first rate job of describing the beautiful Nightbird skirt. I agree with her about the colors. PC has experimented with a variety of skirts of this sort: dropped waist, colorful, full with irregular hem lengths. For me, this one worked best because it is less voluminous than most, and the shorter length in front and back suits me better (5'3"). The skirt is almost daring for the Peruvian Connection, with such a blend of pretty, cheerful colors and intricate pattern. The weave is EXTREMELY delicate and will surely snag easily. This I know from experience with similar skirts and dresses. I am trying to be philosophic about the Nightbird's probable short but glorious life (I exaggerate here just a bit!). I will add that I wonder how the finish at the slits on the hem will hold up...The XS fits me well...the waist on this skirt measures a bit smaller than others and for that I am grateful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chameleon Skirt Stunning, & definitely the autumnal mood. Described as 'flared, side-draping hemline,' also has slits, I was pleased to discover. A skirt which matches equally with black or brown color scheme. I got the Gweneth Cardigan in Camel, it's an appealing complement. There is a sheen to the accent colors of the Nightbird Skirt, light plays upon them in interesting ways. What is described as 'burgundy' & 'teal,' is in those families, altho appearing (to me) like burgundy meets berry, & teal meets turquoise. I tried on tops in these ranges, & colorwise, this skirt seems to adapt & mingle with different combos. I'm glad I took a chance with this chameleon skirt. XOXO
