1. Sponsor
The International Women’s Month Recognition Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Peruvian Connection, LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 A.M. local time on March 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 P.M. local time on March 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
In-Store / Online Entry
During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by:
- Scanning the QR code displayed in participating retail store locations or accessing the promotion entry page online; and
- Completing and submitting the entry form with the required information.
Participants will be asked to provide their name and email address and the first name of the honoree. Participants may optionally provide the honoree’s email address and a short message describing why she is inspiring.
Limit one (1) entry per participant during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is required to enter.
By submitting an entry, the participant confirms they have permission to share the honoree’s information for purposes of administering this Promotion.
Social Media Entry
Participants may also enter via social media during the Promotion Period by following the instructions provided in the Sponsor’s promotional post and sharing a comment or post recognizing an inspiring woman.
Limit one (1) social entry per person.
Social media entries must comply with the rules and policies of the applicable platform.
5. Prizes
Retail Entry Prizes: Each participating store location will award one (1) prize.
Prize: One (1) $100 Peruvian Connection gift card
Social Media Entry Prize: One (1) $100 Peruvian Connection gift card will be awarded to a participant selected from eligible social media entries.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $100
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the card or applicable under state law and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection
After the Promotion Period ends:
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from eligible entries associated with each participating store location, and
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible social media entries.
Random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided by the participant on the entry form or via direct message on the applicable social media platform, within a reasonable period following the drawing.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within the requested timeframe, or declines the prize, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree that the Sponsor may use the winner’s first name and city/state for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting potential winners.
Participants and honorees may be given the option to opt in to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. Providing an email address for an honoree does not automatically subscribe that individual to marketing communications.
All information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Terms & Conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram or Facebook. By participating, entrants release the applicable platform from any responsibility related to the Promotion.
13. Governing Law
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Kansas.
14. Winner List
To request the first name and state of winners, send a request to Sponsor within 60 days after March 31, 2026.
