Expensive but unique
" Not sure what is going on with PC's supply chain. Just got my Larapa Skirt on 2/1 which was ordered on 11/20!! I understand that hand loomed items are not mass produced but I am still waiting for my Zoe Crewneck top (received one in another color months ago) which is a fairly pedestrian (though exceptionally well fitting), NOT hand made rib knit top. Hope there is enough cold weather left this season to fully enjoy this beautiful multicolored fringed wool skirt. Fits nicely in an XS: I love PC's high waisted fit, ideal for wearing with long sweaters like the Bayard Cowl (I have Plum and Black) or the Smoke Gray Cumulus top. Length is shorter than some PC skirts, a few inches above the ankle, the better to show off some fab boot/booties. The skirt is a fairly coarse knit,
unlined wool, made in one piece with a single long vertical side seam, self-fringed at the hem with a inch wide casing at the top for an enclosed elastic waist. The fabric is roughly matched at the seam. Not a refined piece to be sure but plenty of rustic charm and wearable with so many colors and accessories. "
