      Very poorly made
" I agree with the previous review. The modal is awful, the skirt has dropped at least 6 inches on one side and the seams keep coming undone. It's terribly thin, crumples badly and isn't nearly as comfortable as pima cotton. A terrible waste of money. I've had the same issue with a pima/modal cardigan - just keeps coming apart at the seams. Strongly advise against buying anything with modal in it. "

      Do not buy this skirt
" This skirt is hugely disappointing. The shape is lovely and so is the length, but it's cut on the bias so after a couple of weeks one side of the skirt is 6" longer than the other and now it looks cheap. Above all though, the fabric is really unsuitable. It's advertised as pima cotton, but it is actually half modal. Modal is a thin, cheap and nasty synthetic; it wears really badly, and makes the skirt almost see through. Apart from that, the third time I it I found that the seam had come undone along my left thigh and I had a great gaping hole in my skirt. Pima is great, and lovely in a skirt. It wears well and looks good even after many wears. Modal is awful. "

      Attractively styled
" Love he shape of this skirt. It moves well. The hem is very interesting as it is uneven but in a random way all around. (I am not a fan of hi-lo hems.) The fabric is thin but I recommend it because of the lovely flattering shape. "

      A lovely, versatile skirt
" This is quickly becoming a favorite wardrobe piece. It has, well, a lyrical feel to it. I wish it was available in other colors. "

Bring Back Our Old Friend, the Substantial 6-gore.
" Please, please PLEASE bring back the old heavy pima cotton skirts with the wide waistbands and the six gores? I live on a ranch and wore them year round, every day-- and loved them as much as I relied on them. Your newer versions are far too flimsy and thin to hold up, and worse, they're see-through in the sunlight, which is (sadly,) why I've stopped purchasing from you. Judging from the response to OP's comment, you'd be doing a lot of people a HUGE favor by offering our old favorite again. Thanks. "

      Bias Skirt
" I am biased toward PC skirts that swing--like, i guess, the earlier reviewer. I like many things about this skirt--its fullness at the hem; its swing potential; the color; the wide elastic band at the waist. But it is cut on the bias, and this can be a problem. The skirt I received is 2.5 inches longer on the right side than on the left. I may be wrong, but I think that this skirt may not endure many years because the knit is so delicate. As an old-timer (in reality and as a PC shopper), I really miss the wonderful heavy Pima cotton skirts, fashioned with gores. They lasted and lasted, had wonderful heft and gloss, and moved beautifully. I am torn about recommending this skirt. I didn't keep the one I got. "

      Perfectly Cut
" I love how this skirt fits: slim through the hips, then gently flaring to the hem. Very flattering and elegant, while still being comfortable and wearable. I like the knit fabric, which is dressier than pima, however it is a bit more translucent than I might like. I don't like wearing slips, and so probably won't, but it's worth mentioning. "
