We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Peruvian Connection® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Peruvian Connection® will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If we do need to cancel your order, we will keep you fully informed and try to offer you an alternative choice, if appropriate. We will not send you substitute items without your consent.
Please note that our receipt of an order via website, email, post/mail, fax or telephone and our confirmation of its receipt, do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfillment of that order. While we diligently strive to fulfill all our orders as efficiently as possible, we cannot promise that the items featured in our limited edition, artisan-crafted, seasonal collections will be permanently available throughout the lifetime of that collection.
Our terms of purchase, shipment, and delivery, are in accordance with, or in addition to, your statutory rights, which are safeguarded and augmented when you shop with Peruvian Connection.
Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed on all of products. Please return anything purchased from us that proves otherwise, and we will promptly and courteously refund your money in the same form as your purchase, or exchange the merchandise. Peruvian Connection kindly requests that all returns be made within 30 business days.
For non-sale items returned* after 30 days, the following restock charges will apply:
30 days to 6 months: 10%
7 to 12 months: 20%
Please note that these charges do not apply to items that prove to be defective, or have not worn well, and consequently do not live up to the high standards expected by our discriminating customers.
*Catalog sale returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase; Outlet web clearance sale returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase; Retail Outlet purchases must be returned to the same outlet.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it by contacting us. As we do not charge you until items are shipped, no costs will have been incurred, and your credit/debit card will not have been charged.
Please note that you must return the goods to Peruvian Connection on cancellation of your order so that we may action your refund or exchange. If you return goods bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if by returning goods you then fall below the discount/offer threshold as that offer will no longer apply.
