Shipping charges effective February 4, 2009.
Shipping charges include packaging, courier charges, and insurance. The one-time shipping rate includes backorders and even exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
Expedited Shipping
3 Day Service*: Please add $6.95 per address per shipment to regular shipping charges.
2nd Day Air*: Please add $9.95 per address per shipment to regular shipping charges.
Express Overnight*: Please add $21.95 per address per shipment to regular shipping charges. For guaranteed early next day delivery (before 8:30 a.m.), please submit your order before noon CST, Monday through Friday, and please add $43.95 to our regular shipping charges. Delivery before 8:30 a.m. is not available in all locations.
*Please submit your order before noon US CST for 3 day, 2nd day, or Express shipping. Please note that if all items are not available at once, only the first shipment will be sent using expedited shipping, unless otherwise requested. Unless specified on your order, we will ship the most expeditious way.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for the following states: Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Vermont and Washington D.C.
