JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales and Service Representative

Peruvian Connection has an immediate opening for a full-time sales and service representative to work in our Call Center located in Tonganoxie, KS, our corporate headquarters.

We are looking for that person who can be passionate about our line of exceptional clothing, accessories and home décor which feature authenticity of design, artisan detail, quality of materials and unique, contemporary silhouettes.

The right person for this job will have the ability to effectively respond to inbound calls and assist customers with placing orders from our catalogue in a highly professional and knowledgeable manner. This position also assists customers with various customer service requests including checking on order delivery status, answering questions regarding sizing or other product information, updating account information, and tracking lost packages and other problem solving tasks. The representative will also assist the Web Team with web order downloads and web correspondence. Our sales and service representatives must be organized, flexible and have the ability to work independently. In depth on-the-job training is provided.
