JOB DESCRIPTION - Assistant Retail Store Manager, Washington, D.C.
Peruvian Connection is opening an incredible full-line retail store in Washington D.C. and we are looking for just the right person to assist our talented manager who has been promoted from another of our stores.
We are looking for that person who can be passionate about our line of exceptional clothing, accessories and home décor which feature authenticity of design, artisan detail, quality of materials and unique, contemporary silhouettes.
The right person for this job will have the ability to set an example on the sales floor in offering the highest level of customer care and personalized service while also assisting the manager in providing inspirational leadership to store staff. This person will serve as “right hand” and back-up to the manager and will help to assure that strategic store goals are achieved and staff is scheduled and product is merchandised to achieve maximum sales potential.
